About the Doctors

Dr. Mike

Dr. Mike Steil graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1996. He then worked for the US Public Health Service. Dr. Steil returned to the University of Minnesota and began his pediatric dental residency; he completed his specialty training in 2001.

Dr. Steil is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Minnesota Dental Association, and the West Central District of the Minnesota Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Steil is the past President of the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the West Central District Dental Society. He also serves on the local Head Start Health Advisory Board and is a consultant to the Cleft Palate Clinic at the St. Cloud Hospital. Dr. Steil is on staff at the St. Cloud Hospital and the St. Cloud Surgical Center.

Dr. Mike's favorite non-working activity is spending time with his wife, Nina, and their three boys.

Dr. Gregg

Dr. Gregg Larson graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1999. He began his pediatric dental residency at the University of Minnesota and completed his specialty training in 2001. Dr. Larson is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Minnesota Dental Association, and the West Central District of the Minnesota Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Larson is the past President of the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He serves on the local Head Start Health Advisory Board and is a consultant to the Cleft Palate Clinic at the St. Cloud Hospital. Dr. Larson is on staff at the St. Cloud Hospital and the St. Cloud Surgical Center.

Dr. Gregg spends most of his free time with his four children and wife, Jennifer. He enjoys traveling, boating, outdoor activities, and being a "kid at heart," he still enjoys playing video games.

Dr. Andrée Dubois

Dr. Andrée Dubois graduated from Laval University Department of Dental Medicine in 2007. After graduation, she continued her studies at the University of Rochester as a resident in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. She completed her specialty training and Master's degree in pediatric dentistry in 2011 at the University of Montreal. Dr. Dubois is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dubois is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dubois is on staff at the Centracare Surgery Center and the St. Cloud Surgical Center.

Outside of work, Dr. Andrée enjoys cross-country skiing, canoeing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Mike Steinmetz

Dr. Mike Steinmetz received his Bachelor's degree in biology from St. John's University in 2008 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2013. He then began his pediatric dental residency and graduated with his certificate in pediatric dentistry in 2015.

Dr. Steinmetz is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Steinmetz has been a member of the Minnesota Army National Guard since 2009 and continues to provide dental support for Minnesota's soldiers.

Dr. Steinmetz has experience providing dental care for children in a clinic setting, as well as under moderate sedation and general anesthesia. He has participated on the University of Minnesota Cleft Lip and Palate team, provided dental care for children at Hennepin County Medical Center and the University of Minnesota Children's Hospital emergency room. In addition, he completed rotations at the University of Minnesota's Journey Clinic: Center for Children's Cancer and Blood Disease.

He is honored to join Central Minnesota Pediatric Dentists and is excited to serve the children and families of Central Minnesota! Dr. Steinmetz is also happy to return to the area where he and his wife, Jane, grew up.

Dr. Mike loves to spend his free time fishing Minnesota lakes for the elusive walleye and the Great Lakes for King Salmon and Steelhead. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors running, hiking, boating and skiing.
