Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is to provide the highest quality dental care to our pediatric patients in a friendly, safe environment. We strive to attract families who value exceptional results.

Our vision is to engage, educate, and inspire our patients to take control and accept responsibility for their own oral health. Parents and caregivers will also be encouraged to take an active role in their child’s homecare.

Appointments and Emergencies

We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our office 24 hours in advance. We would like to be able to offer that time to another patient.

Please do not hesitate to call us if your child experiences a dental emergency. One of our doctors will always be available if an emergency arises. They can be paged through: 888-733-3368.

When You Visit Our Office

It is best to schedule your child’s first visit to our office around 12 months of age. At the first visit, a health questionnaire and patient information form will need to be completed. During the first visit, your child’s teeth will be cleaned, fluoride applied, and x-rays taken if necessary. The doctor will examine your child’s mouth and jaw to get an indication of how the teeth, bone, and soft tissues are forming. We will explain any problems or concerns that exist and the dental care needed (both in our office and at home) to treat and prevent further problems. We encourage you to ask questions. Your concerns are very important to us.

Insurance

To get the best possible benefits from your insurance, please bring the proper cards, forms, and referrals. We are happy to submit your insurance claims for you. Typically, insurance covers only a portion of the cost of care. It is the responsibility of the patient’s family or caregiver to pay the remaining balance due at the time of treatment.

After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
